We’re putting a twist on a childhood favourite, root beer floats. We’re swapping the sugar-loaded beverage for our Root Beer flavoured Kombucha!

Questions to Ask Yourself Prior to Getting Started
What kind of ice cream should you get? Can you handle dairy?
If you and dairy don’t get along, don’t worry! There are tons of options to choose from. There are ice creams made from coconut milk, cashew or even almond milk. You can even try sorbet!
Once you decide on your choice of dairy or non-dairy ice cream, all you really need is your choice of kombucha. For this particular recipe, recommend our Root Beer Kombucha. That’s all you really need!
- Root Beer Kombucha
- 2 scoops of ice cream of your choice
- Grab yourself a cute glass
- Scoop your favourite ice cream
- Pour the kombucha directly over the ice cream
- Serve with a straw or if you’re up for it, a spoon
